Polls don’t lie, and an overwhelming number of community members opted for the topic of “Creating trans-inclusive workplaces” for our first Queer Product Meetup in Berlin on April 21.

About the Speaker
Magda Stęga (she/her) is an inspirational international speaker, DEI consultant, and impact-driven transgender advocate.
A former recruiter with 10 years of experience (half of which she spent in tech), today she works with global clients to create trans-inclusive workplaces.
Magda’s transgender advocacy has been recognized by the Campaign Against Homophobia, which invited her to be part of their #IamAgainstTransphobia campaign, and Forbes Women Poland, which list Magda among top 25 women influencers on LinkedIn.
